Delivery (for online orders)
RAYA Cookies - Starting from 2 March 2026

• Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the delivery of orders.
• Delivery services will be available from 10:00am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
• Deliveries are available at a flat fee of $12 per location, additional $12 for Next Working Day Delivery. Multiple locations within the same order will incur the delivery fee based on the total number of locations.
• Free delivery to a single location is available for online purchases with a total value of S$88 (promo) and above (excluding Next-Day Delivery option).
• Delivery to Jurong Island is not available.
  
  

  Delivery Disclaimer:

  • Accurate Details: Please provide accurate recipient information, including the correct delivery address, unit number, and contact number.
  • Recipient Availability: Ensure the recipient will be available to receive the delivery as scheduled.
  • Security/Reception: For secure buildings or receptions, inform the recipient or relevant personnel about the expected delivery.
  • Failed Delivery: In cases of failed delivery due to issues like security refusal, incorrect details, or unavailability, a $24 re-delivery fee will apply to cover return and re-delivery costs.
