Storage Instructions for Snowskin Mooncakes:
Avoid Direct Heat and Sunlight. Direct exposure to heat and sunlight can compromise their quality.
Freezing Instructions: Within two hours of collection, store the mooncakes in the freezer at -18°C  or below.
Do Not Refreeze: Once the mooncakes have been thawed, do not refreeze them. Refreezing can alter their texture and taste, making them less enjoyable to eat.
Best Enjoyed Cold: Snowskin mooncakes are best enjoyed slightly chilled. Remove them from the refrigerator 5 - 10 minutes  before serving
